THE PROCESS

Intake Phase 

This phase is where deep discovery happens.

• Mental/Emotional Exploration

We will engage in a process designed to uncover your current belief systems, inspirations, talents, skills, and any mental or emotional blocks. The objective is to understand how these elements influence your thinking and behaviors.

• Vision Breakdown

We’ll dive into the details of your vision. I'll ask about how it works, why it matters, and who it's for. This gives me a clear picture of both the technical aspects and the emotional ties behind it.

Strategy Development 

A tailored strategy will be designed based on your vision and what is gleaned from the intake process.

Depending on your goals, this could involve:

• Conducting a focus group to better understand your target audience’s needs and concerns.

• Producing a video that resonates with your audience, effectively communicating what you’re offering.

• Developing a documentary series to provide deeper insight into your platform, aimed at enrolling partners, collaborators, or investors.

• Crafting a personal brand strategy that showcases why you are uniquely qualified to deliver this platform, enhancing your credibility with partners and collaborators.

• We will review the initial strategy together, discuss your feedback, and refine it to ensure it aligns with your desired outcomes.

Execution Phase

This phase will involve the development of the items we identify in the strategy.

Now, we’ll move to action:

• We’ll define the scope of work based on the agreed strategy, identifying key content pieces, marketing materials, or outreach efforts.

• I'll guide you through the production process, ensuring everything is created and implemented on schedule.

• Timeline & Milestones: We’ll establish clear timelines and milestones to keep production on track, ensuring each phase progresses smoothly and effectively.
